This short course is designed to prepare trainees with the core skills to become a payroll officer. The training will cover rudiments of payroll management and examine job specific tasks such as: performance targets and goals, meeting deadlines in paying employees’ wages/salaries and statutory and non-statutory returns.
It is intended for persons who are desirous of attaining the knowledge, skills and aptitude to work in financial industry. The programme provides broad-based preparation for employment, enhanced employability and higher earning potential. It also provides a basis for matriculation and articulation; as a career in Payroll officer is a good fit if you're interested in a full-time, entry-level finance position.
