      Levels 2 & 3 - 50% and over for competent certification status.

      If a trainee Assessment rating/grading is less then 50%, this implies that he or she has not demonstrated competence.

      Level 4 - 65% and over  for competent certification status

      If a trainee Assessment rating/grading is less then 65%, this implies that he or she has not demonstrated competence.
