Fundamentals of Supervisory Management Customized - Jamaica Defence Force Group A

This course is a mid-level position training designed to prepare individuals to carry out supervisory functions within various industries.  This course provides participants with the requisite knowledge, skills and attitude to communicate effectively, develop departmental business plans and priorities, maintain occupation safety and health procedures, direct activities as a middle manager, establish and implement performance and service standards, coordinate team meetings and building activities, coach team members to achieve goals, monitor performance and manage emotional intelligence.
