The theory section of this assessment will be done using the Moodle platform. An additional fifteen (15) minutes may be allowed should there be any technical difficulties
The requirements for the final assessment of this course will take the format of
Theory - Forty multiple choice questions
Practical – Research, Short Answer, Essay, Report writing Due December 1, 2020
Moodle platform will be opened on November 24, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. for 24 hours. Forty (40) minutes will be allotted to each person to complete the 40 multiple choice questions.
The platform will be available until November 30, 2020 at 12:00 mid night for upload of the Practical component

1. This instrument consists of 40 Multiple Choice items. You are required to complete all items.
2. ALL the relevant sections on this assessment document should be completed in INK. Failure to do so can result in the disqualification of your assessment

3. Successful completion requires a passing grade for both the Theory and Continuous Practical Assessment (CPA) components. The CPA was completed by your supervisor or instructor and will be validated by the Assessor.
Guideline:
1. Font type Cambria should be used within all documents
2. Memo should include accompany a cover page to include details of this course including:
Name of Institution
Name of Course and Units
Student’s Name
NQR or ID number
Name of Instructor
Due date.
3. Font colour should be back
4. Use an appropriate logo where necessary
5. PowerPoint should not exceed 5 pages
6. All other documents should be 1 page each
7. Include photographs where necessary
8. Be creative!!!!!
NOTE:
· Marks will be deducted for lateness. -10% for each day in which assignment is late. After 3 days, learners will not be able to receive over 70%.
· Documents should be uploaded here on Moodle
